known as Paperbacks Plus in Dallas and Mesquite, Texas.
We only have a miniscule amount of our inventory listed online at this time. We are happy to use the old analog method of feet moving eyes
to check the shelves for you to see if we have something that you need in stock, or to take a request if we do not.
By sending an email to: Requests@luckydogbooks.com, you can check to see if we have a particular
used book, DVD, CD, Video, LP, Laser Disk, Cassette, Beta Tape, or 8-Track in stock currently at either of our stores.
Or, if you need to know immediately, you can call one or both of our stores directly: 214-827-4860 (for our Dallas store) or 972-285-8661 (for our Mesquite store). If you are in the Dallas area, items can be transfered between stores at no extra charge to make pick up more convenient for you, or we can still mail directly to you if you wish.
And if we do not have it now and you do not need it right away, you can ask us to keep a request on file to check with you
the next time we see the item in question to ask if you still need it. There is no obligation on such a request.
Which ever way you contact us, the information that we will need is usually just the title and format (paperback or hardback; DVD or VHS; CD or LP; etc), and if applicable, the author, artist or group name.
Other info such as ISBN's, Library of Congress info, Dewey numbers, publishers' names and the like do not help much unless a very particular edition is desired.)
Please understand that we may or may not be able to find your item. We will notify you if we do and provide you with a description and a price. There is no obligation until you tell us to send the item to you.
We will usually accept your personal check, Mastercard, Visa, Discovercard, or American Express. If you have store credit from trade-ins at either store, you may use it for up to half of our normal purchase price before the adding of any other charges such as postage and packaging (or if in Texas, sales tax).
